What if forgiveness wasn’t something you had to force, but something that arose naturally from a wider perspective?

This program will show us how we can free ourselves from holding onto the pain caused to us by others or by ourselves. We move past it not by forgetting, but by growing a bigger perspective in which forgiveness comes naturally.

We will have discussions and lectures about the things that are hard to forgive and explore how we can use them as opportunities for growth. Dr. Yu will give a lecture on the psychological and medical benefits of forgiveness, grounding the experience in both science and spirit.

In meditation, you will be guided to bring up the hurts you are holding onto and release them. Afterward, you will likely begin to feel freer and start to see things with a wider focus, and you may find that forgiveness, for some people and situations you never expected, comes more naturally than you thought possible.
