Spanx Meditation Workshop with Yoga Flow

Spanx, Inc. is an American underwear maker founded in Atlanta, Georgia. They specialize in manufacturing briefs and leggings. OME conducted a Yoga and Meditation workshop with Spanx employees as part of the company’s wellness month.

We focused on the topics of “maintaining a positive mindset and how to build focus and concentration”. Then we had a gratitude-sharing session, followed by laughing meditation, chair yoga, meditation, and finished with a happy dance. It was well received by the over 40 people that took part in the activities. Many expressed they were feeling refreshed and happy afterward.

It has been a pleasure to work with such a positive company. Spanx has also supported one of our meditation centers with scholarships to encourage more people to meditate.
