Cecilia (Cece) Nam is a Research Specialist at the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Fellow of the Academic Society for Human Completion in South Korea. Having practiced True Self Meditation since 2004 and attended over 20 retreats across the United States, Argentina, and South Korea, Cece brings extensive contemplative experience to her work. A 2024 Northwestern University graduate entering a PhD program in Counseling Psychology, she researches how personalized meditation practices support human well-being and personal growth.
