Digital Detox
Our digital lives help us stay connected, informed, and entertained. But without realizing it, constant scrolling, notifications, and stimulation can also fill the mind with more noise than we know how to put down.
Digital Detox is a four-week meditation and habit-reset workshop designed to help you step back from your digital habits, understand what keeps you reaching for your devices, and create more space for clarity, focus, and meaningful connection.
Rather than simply telling ourselves to spend less time online, we’ll look more deeply at the thoughts, emotions, habits, and patterns behind our digital behavior. Through meditation and self-reflection, you’ll have an opportunity to recognize what has been occupying your mind and practice letting it go.
Each week combines mind education, guided meditation, reflection and journaling, practical digital challenges, and supportive conversation to help you bring what you learn into everyday life.
Over four weeks, we’ll move from awareness to letting go to creating healthier habits, helping you develop a more intentional relationship with technology that can continue long after the workshop ends.
The goal isn’t to disconnect from the digital world. It’s to become less controlled by it, so you can be more present for your life.
